PROGRAM INFO: During this program children learn a kinder kids karate through inner and outer attention and cooperation in balance with competition. Classes are structured for learning flexibility and discipline in a setting emphasizing whole fitness and self protection. Children should. Whidden School of Fitness t-shirt and workout pants required. Please obtain at the Whidden School of Fitness prior to the the first class by appointment or just arrive 15 minutes before the first class.
