WHO: Children Ages 3 - 6 (Children must have preschool experience and be toilet trained) WHEN: Monday - Friday 9:00am - 12:00pm (Before Care Starts 8:00AM) Session 1: Tuesday, June 20th - Friday, June 23rd (No Program Monday, June 19th) Session 2: Monday, August 7th - Friday August 11th WHERE: Recreation Department at Coast Guard Hill (900 Ferry Street, Marshfield, MA 02050) FEE: 1 Week of Before Care (Starts at 8:00AM): $60.00 (Residents) / $70.00 (Non-Residents) 1 Week Session (9:00am - 12:00pm): $190.00 Per Child (Residents) / $205.00 Per Child (Non-Residents) *Fee Prorated for 4 day week OUR STAFF CONSIST OF: Experienced adult, college, and high school aged employees who have Coaching, teaching, and preschool aged supervision training. All staff are CPR and First Aid Certified. ACTIVITIES: This program will be held predominately outside. Each day children will play and learn through fun activities around coast guard hill, specifically utilizing our new playground space! The goal of this program is to teach children through fun and safe activities while playing in a friendly atmosphere! FOOD: Each child brings his/her own NUT FREE lunch/drink/snack. We will be going into what pickleball is, how to score, how to play, pickleball etiquette and more. Technical skills involve learning to dink, drop, serve and return and win. The last week is full coach and play session where we pull everything you’ve learned into full games with coach feedback. Please bring a paddle, balls will be provided. These lessons will be taught by Nancy Barrett, who a certified Pickleball Instructor.

Beginner Pickleball Lessons- June - Tuesdays
WHO: Adults 18+ Interested in Learning Pickleball!WHEN: Tuesdays, June 6th - 27th / 11:00am-12:30pm (4 classes) WHERE: Peter Igo Park Junior Tennis Courts (35 Marshall Ave, Marshfield, MA 02050)FEE: Residents: $125.00 per person / $135.00 per non-resident16 Person Max Per LessonADDITIONAL INFORMATION: This 4 week session will get you court ready to play with your friends and make new pickleball friends along the way. We will be going into what pickleball is, how to score, how to play, pickleball etiquette and more. Technical skills involve learning to dink, drop, serve and return and win. The last week is full coach and play session where we pull everything you’ve learned into full games with coach feedback. Please bring a paddle, balls will be provided. These lessons will be taught by Nancy Barrett, who a certified Pickleball Instructor.

In this program, participants will cycle through a variety of STEM related activities. We will do some LEGO robotics, use a variety of online coding programs to teach participants how to develop video games and other fun coding activities, and do some fun science investigations and art projects! ACTIVITIES: This program will be held predominately outside, utilizing the playgrounds for free play type activities, open field space and black top areas for sports, and picnic tables and shade shelter tents for various arts and crafts! Children will have the opportunity to participate in structured games, activities, and contests as well as have time for free play! We will have a Slip N' Slide/Water Activity Day each week! Parents will be notified prior to the start of the program about special weekly themes and dress up days! FOOD: Each child brings his/her own NUT FREE lunch/drink/snack. WHO: Children Ages 3 - 6 (Children must have preschool experience and be toilet trained) WHEN: Wednesday, July 5th - Friday, July 7th (9:00am- 12:00pm) *No Program July 3rd & 4th WHERE: Recreation Department at Coast Guard Hill (900 Ferry Street, Marshfield, MA 02050) FEE: $115.00 Per Child (Residents) 3 Day Session $130.00 Per Child (Non-Residents) 3 Day Session OUR STAFF include experienced adult, college, and high school aged employees. All staff are CPR and First Aid Certified. Kay Bilas, experienced Recreational childcare provider and preschool teacher at Pudding Hill, will lead this program. ACTIVITIES: This program will be held predominately outside exploring and learning about nature and in a safe and fun atmosphere! Fun activities, arts & crafts, and physical exercise outside will be planned each day. Also, new this summer- children will be able to play on our new playground at Coast Guard Hill! FOOD: Each child brings his/her own NUT FREE lunch/drink/snack. Please be sure to send your child with a water bottle. We will have extra water bottles and healthy snacks for children just in case.
